The cabin is very comfortable, warm and relaxing. It's very close to the park entrance but the park attraction like the General Sharmen Tree is 1hr drive away. The view was very pretty. I would definitely book again.

The property was amazing - the outdoor kitchen was 1st class, as were the grounds and the domes, themselves. Everything was meticulously clean and extremely comfortable- especially the bed! Scott communicated all information and answered our questions - usually within minutes. We visited with another retired couple and found the property easy to navigate. You can tell a lot of thoughtfulness went into the design of the facility. We all agreed we’d love to come back a spend a few days.
Located close to Sequoia National Park, we booked dinner at the Peaks restaurant at Wuksachi Lodge- about an hour away. The ride up was beautiful and inspiring.

Nice little community right outside the southern sequoia entrance. Perfect if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to stay with very nice people. The area has nice places for lunches, coffee, and gas but the nearest grocery store is at least 15 miles away.

The original room was horrible, I was stunned they would even offer it to us. Back door had air gap letting cold air in, no deadbolt on it. Old flooring in living room, carpet in bedroom was soaked. They moved us to another room, smaller, 2 beds. No apology or refund (they also overcharged us $30 for a 2nd night). I’ve attached pictures of the new room . Bathroom shower needs serious repairs and the ceiling is shoddily repaired. Ac/heater unit is ancient and loud. Only way to turn off bed light is to unscrew the bulb. Other bulbs are burnt out. It appears the hotel is hanging on by a thread. Should be banned from booking.com. Not up to standards by any means

Hotel has great potential but cleanliness of my room was a great disappointment. Even after raising our concerns they were not fully addressed.
Pizza place just down the road was surprisingly good.
Although the heart of Sequioa NP is only 30 miles away, it takes at least one hour because of a very steep, narrow and winding road. Elevation gain is over 4,000 feet.

It's a beautiful spot for one night. Unfortunately Sequoia Nat'l Park had a few road closures and much of the park was off limits.
We stayed and ate at the Gateway Inn which is close to the entrance.

Beautiful small town with tons of unique local joints to check out! Sadly we were only in the area for two days to visit the national parks, but I wish we had another day or two to check out the town itself. Everyone we met was super friendly and the food and drink options were refreshing after trekking around Sequoia and Kings Canyon all day.

Three rivers is a very charming town to drive through on the way to the majestic Sequoia park, but what thing to really keep in mind is what season you go. I have been through Three Rivers more than a 10 times as a traveler from Los Angeles so I know.
The most breathtaking time to go is early spring, March to April because everything turns into emerald green and the waterflow is abundant, specially noteworthy is when you first see the snow capped mountains of the Sequoia park. Anytime after June all the way to October, everything looks kind of dry and it gets very hot and touristy.
In Winter - Nov through March, you will most likely have to put chains on your tires and it's a bit more hazardous driving through the curved roads going up to the mountain. Also it gets very cold and many of the trails become alot tougher to walk on. Just keep in mind, that during winter, it's a calculated risk driving even with snow chains, one slip up and your car can easily fall off a cliff. Henceforth, I have mostly avoided going in winter time, buy hey don't let me stop you if feel like a daredevil.
Go during March or April, you will have the most beautiful scenery through Three Rivers and specially the Park.
From the pool to the hot tub to the delicious breakfast , everything was excellent.
My wife and I stayed 2 days , visiting Sequoia National Park on the first day and just taking a day to relax thereafter . We took the time to unwind after a hectic schedule just exploring the local area , dining in the local town and swimming in the pool
Our host, Lisa, kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast as we had to leave very early on our last day.
This B&B was easily the best accommodation during our 2 week holiday in California .
The fact that you had to check in using the restaurant was problematic. Also parking was an issue as there were few spaces for the hotel room but utilized by customers dining. We wanted to check out early but the restaurant was not open until 8 am and that was the only way to check out. No phone in the room to call for service or check out.
Great space. Super comfortable. We were able to pickup food from the local grocery store and cook dinner in the full kitchen at the hut. Super easy check in and check out. Had access to Netflix on the TV so we were able to watch some shows in the evening as well. Drive to the entrance of Sequoia national park was only about 15min.
Very easy to access on arrival, great pre-arrival info and advice from the owner. Fantastic location for access to sequoia national park and the local bars and restaurants. lovely kitchen and terrace. good sitting room for kids to relax after long day.
The location is great, really close to the river and from the restaurants in Three rivers.
The room was spacious. We had a pleasant time there it’s an easy access for visiting Sequoia then have a walk by the river.
The hostess was polite and attentive.
Nice quiet area, I like that I can park my car upfront in front of the room, very clean and organized, staff is super sweet and kind. WiFi worked perfect, not slow like other hotels. Another big plus is that it's not far away from the park entrance.
We loved Early mornings on the back porch watching the wildlife. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals and beds were comfortable. Perfect location to explore Sequoia National park and still have access to restaurants and shops in three rivers.
The cabin was comfortable. The location was nice-we took a walk along the river. The owner helped us with the t.v. She also gave us a map of how to get to King's Canyon and a list of restaurants and places of business/interest in Three Rivers.
The hotel is situated very near Sequoia National Park south entrance and made if very easy to visit the park during a day trip. The rooms are quite large with nice bathrooms and access to a swimming pool which was great given the heat.
We stayed in ‘the cabin’ which is, what I believe, is the old owners house. It’s a 2 bedroom house next to the hotel. It was quite roomy, nice living room, dining room and kitchen.
Breakfast was amazing and we had the best fresh-squeezed orange juice! Lisa was a great hostess and provided tips on sites to see, restaurants to have dinner, and directions.
Great location, clean room with comfortable beds. Good option for a short stay in the Three Rivers area. A bit on the expensive side for a 1 star motel.
